Sound Bath + Plant Meditation

✨ Come treat yourself to an immersive sensory experience with Lori Stahl at Lancaster Farmacy! ✨

Lori is a gifted sound meditation facilitator who works with a spectrum of sound through singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. All you have to do is lie down, get comfortable, and receive what is often referred to as a “sound bath.”

This is the second year Lancaster Farmacy is hosting Lori on the farm, and we’re excited to once again create a space for deep listening, relaxation, and connection.

This year, we’ll feature the refreshing, citrusy elements of our organically grown Lemon Verbena. We invite you to connect with its energetics and experience this beautiful herb in several ways—by tasting it as a tea, spritzing its distilled hydrosol, and holding a bundle of Lemon Verbena as you receive the sound bath.
