Lancaster Farmacy was founded in 2009 by Elisabeth Weaver and Casey Spacht, after a return to their roots in Lancaster County from a background of grassroots activism, community organizing, cooperative models, farming, herbalism, and rewilding. 

 

In the growing food movement, Elisabeth and Casey see the need for reclaiming health care and making it accessible at the local level. Having experienced the healing power of herbs themselves, they are inspired to nourish the community and the earth by growing natural medicine.
